Reporting to the Product Lead, the Senior Product Manager has a front row seat to impact our overall product. You play a critical role to successfully translate product strategy into product roadmap and development, turning vision into reality. You will be the gate keeper of our product by challenging and prioritising ruthlessly throughout end to end of the product lifecycle.


You should be:

  • A great communicator – You are able to articulate your thoughts and complex situations in an easily understandable manner and has a good grasp of what content your audience is looking for
  • A problem solver with sense of urgency – You ask the right questions to understand a problem well and you are persistent to get things out of your way as quick as possible to get a problem resolved

Your day to day

  • Deliver high quality, well-thought out, well-researched and timely product documents.
  • Responsible for product priorities, roadmap development. Coordinate and clearly articulate to engineering and design stakeholders on clear product prioritization and trade-offs.
  • Define and propose success criteria and tracking metrics that measure the impact of your work against agreed objectives.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of planning, design, delivery, quality assurance and performance.
  • Monitor and track product feedback to further define development prioritization.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive products available as well as develop in-depth understanding of customer needs/pain points/as is operations processes.


The Must-Haves

  1. 6 years+ of product management experience in building a successful SaaS/B2B domain product from scratch by using scrum/agile methodology.
  2. Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Demonstrated success in creating and managing products through full software product lifecycle including employment of design thinking, data driven decision making across the product lifecycle.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to the counterparts across teams (engineering, commercial, and solutions consultants) and within product team.
  5. High sense of urgency and ownership to learn, influence and timely deliver to meet objectives.
  6. Thrive in a data-driven and customer-centric product culture.


The Nice-to-Haves

  1. Entrepreneurial or startup experience
  2. In-depth understanding or working experience in supply chain & logistics industry
