The opportunity: 

As a Multimedia Content Specialist, you will produce high-quality multimedia content, with a primary focus on video creation, to support marketing, communication, and training efforts. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and produce captivating videos that effectively convey key messages, enhance brand awareness, and engage target audiences. 


What you'll do: 

  • Video Production: Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and produce various videos, including promotional videos, product demos, customer testimonials, tutorials, and internal training videos. 
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and input throughout the video production process, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging objectives, and target audience preferences. 
  • Storyboarding and Scriptwriting: Develop compelling storyboards and scripts for videos, outlining key messaging, visuals, and sequences to convey the intended message and effectively engage viewers. 
  • Visual Design: Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and other creative professionals to incorporate visually appealing elements, animations, and graphics into videos to enhance their impact and storytelling. 
  • Production Management: Manage all aspects of video production, including scheduling, budgeting, location scouting, talent casting, equipment procurement, and post-production editing to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. 
  • Content Optimization: Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentations, to maximize reach, engagement, and effectiveness. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze video performance, tracking key metrics such as views, engagement, and conversions. Leverage insights to refine content strategies and optimize future video productions. 

Who you are:

  • Educated: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • Video production experience: Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality video content across different styles and formats. 
  • Video editing software: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools, with advanced skills in editing, color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects. 
  • Storyteller: Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting abilities, with the ability to translate complex concepts and messaging into engaging and compelling video narratives. 
  • Creative: Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics, composition, and design principles, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries and exploring innovative approaches. 
  • Project manager: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. 
  • Communicator: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to bring creative visions to life. 
  • Knowledgeable: Knowledge of current trends and best practices in video production, multimedia content creation, and digital marketing, focusing on staying updated on emerging technologies and industry advancements. 
  • Flexible: We are open to this role being remote, but you must be willing to work across SGT and GST time zones.
