Platform Demonstration Specialist

The opportunity: 

As a Platform Demonstration Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing the features and capabilities of Quincus to potential and existing customers. Your role will involve conducting engaging and informative demonstrations and providing comprehensive training sessions to ensure customers have the knowledge and skills to utilize Quincus effectively. 

What you'll do: 

• Conduct Tailored Demonstrations: Showcase Quincus to prospective clients by highlighting key features and functionalities that meet their specific needs and objectives. 
• Customize Demonstrations: Adapt your presentations to address each customer's unique industry challenges and requirements, demonstrating how Quincus can solve their specific pain points and improve their operations.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives, providing insights and recommendations to enhance and optimize the demonstration process. 
• Stay Informed and Inform: Keep abreast of all updates and enhancements to our platform to ensure your demonstrations always feature the latest capabilities.
• Educate and Train: Create and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing customers, covering various aspects of platform usage, including basic functionalities, advanced features, and best practices. 
• Support and Enhance Customer Experience: Provide ongoing support to customers post-implementation, addressing any questions or concerns and offering guidance on maximizing the value derived from the platform. 
• Feedback Loop with Product Development: Act as a voice for customers, sharing feedback and insights from customers, identifying areas for improvement and new features that align with customer needs. 
• Documentation: Keep all documentation and training materials current and accessible to customers.

Who you are: 

• Educated and Experienced: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or Marketing with proven experience conducting software demonstrations or training sessions, ideally in a technology or software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment. 
• Communicator: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts clearly and understandably. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. 
• Adaptable: Must be able to demonstrate the ability to adapt to different audiences and tailor presentations and training sessions accordingly. 
• Attention to detail: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively and efficiently.
• Tech Savvy: Skilled in using presentation tools and software demonstration platforms. 
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry and market trends relevant to the platform's target audience is a plus. 
• Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite demonstrations and training sessions.
