Are you ready to be the tech wizard of a dynamic team? We are seeking an IT Support Specialist who thrives on helping others overcome technical challenges. This role is crucial in ensuring that all our technology systems function optimally and that every team member can harness the full potential of their digital tools.

You will be the go-to person for all things tech. Whether someone needs a quick fix over the phone, in-person support, or remote assistance, you’ll be there to provide expert guidance. You’ll ensure our technology enhances work rather than gets in the way, ensuring every component—from hardware to software—runs like clockwork.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Onboard and Offboard: Smoothly transition new joiners and exiting employees by managing laptops, corporate applications, and access.
  • Maintain Inventory: Monitor software and hardware inventories, licensing, reporting, packaging, and deployment.
  • Tech Administration: Install, configure, and administer PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, access points, routers, firewalls, and remote tools.
  • Diagnose and Repair: Quickly and cost-effectively solve IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshooting: Proactively participate in IT troubleshooting and documentation and support the rollout of new applications.
  • Certification Support: Contribute to achieving and maintaining key certifications such as SOC2 and ISO27001.

 

Who you are:

  • Educated and experienced: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent technical training with at least 2-3 years in technical support, desktop support, or IT consulting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in both Windows & Mac OS, with a solid understanding of remote desktop applications.
  • Detail-oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills coupled with standout problem-solving abilities.
